Document submission bythe Military Department beginson February 2, 2026, andends 10 workingdays beforethe startof the selection committee'swork - May 30, 2026. 1. Fortraining underthe programfor reserve officers (two-year training), documents are accepted from studentsof the 2nd yearof the faculties: "General Medicine" and "Dentistry". Note: Studentswho didnot passthe selection for themilitary department on afree basis (state educational grant) areaccepted ona paidbasis. 2. Fortraining underthe programfor training reserve sergeants (one-year training), documents are accepted from studentsof thefirst, second, andthird yearsof all faculties Note: Studentsare accepted only ona paidbasis. Participants in the competition maybe studentsnot olderthan 24 years, asof theyear ofthe competition, including female students. Changeshave beenmade tothe orderof theMinister ofDefense ofRK fromJuly 24, 2017, No 375 «Onapproving theRules ofmilitary training under theprograms forreserve officersand reserve sergeants» Asof February 01, 2026, astudent whohas expressed the desireto participate in the competitive selection prepares the following documents: 1) the application isfilled outon themilitary facultyor submitted through theweb portal «electronic government» www.egov.kzand certifiedby an electronic digital signature, orvia aone-time password; 2) identity document (originaland copy) or electronic document from thedigital documents service forpersonal identification; 3) photograph of size 3x4 cm – 4 pieces; 4) certificate of presenceor absenceof criminal record; 5) certificate of actual student training, indicating the facultyand specialty, inpaper or electronic format. 6) notification of enrollment in themilitary register, inthe formof an electronic document, signedby theservice recipient'sECP. 7) resultsof medical examination (blankof thecitizen'smedical examination card, Appendix No8, issuedon themilitary faculty). 8) original document (ifavailable), confirming the absenceof careby oneor bothparents. Submitted documents areattached tothe student'spersonal fileand handedover tothe studentin personCard for undergoing amedical examination in local military management organs (military commissariats). For participation inthe competitive selection, theresults ofthe medical examination are submitted tothe military faculty beforethe startof the selection committee'swork. Studentswho havenot undergonea medical examination arenot allowedto participate in the competition. Professional psychological testingof studentsis conductedin computer classrooms andincludes assessment of motivation level, stress resistance, criticaland logical thinking. Students' physical preparedness isevaluated basedon theresults ofpassing physical culture norms. Studentswho didnot score 8 pointsin totalfor passing three normsare considered not tohave passedthe stage. Passingeach stageof the competition isallowed once. Selectionof studentsfor trainingon theMilitary Department is conductedby the Selection Committeeon a competitive basisfrom June 11 toJune 22, 2026, in accordance withthe Recruitment Plan, approvedby theMinister ofDefense ofthe Republicof Kazakhstan. The competitive selectionis carriedout accordingto therating score, whichis compiledand approvedby the university'smanagement. Theresults ofthe competition are postedon June 23, 2026, afterthe completion of the selection committee'swork onthe military department's information board. Classeson theMilitary Department start from September 1, 2026.
