An open lecture on the impact of the new Constitution on the development of science and higher education was held at the Kazakh-Russian Medical University. Representatives of the university's faculty participated in the event. During the meeting, it was noted that the Constitution is not only a fundamental legal document but also an important foundation for accelerating scientific and technological progress, fostering innovation, and expanding academic freedom. Participants emphasized the need to pay special attention to the development of artificial intelligence, digital technologies, green energy, engineering, and biotechnology. According to the participants, the new Constitution will contribute to strengthening the potential of domestic science, training highly qualified young researchers, and further developing the scientific community. Constitutional reforms usher in a new era in the development of science.
